Feel like my order had been sat for two hours as email from them said collection was 3.55pm when in fact added to notes as nowhere to select collection time that wanted it to be 5.55pm called to correct this but could tell this had already been made so was luke warm as kept on hot plate but crusts too hard and not fresh

Very poor tonight . Got told a time of 18.53 for collection 1 hr which is OK. But when i go food at that time was cold , chips were soggy and looked under cooked. Pizza was cold. Since I had chicken Kiev which looked very unappetising I have been up all night with bad stomach. Not a good night for sambucas

Ordered to pick up and paid online my son decided he wanted to add a cheesy garlic bread so I rang up 10 minutes after We ordered to see if We could add this and pay when We picked up the order. The staff were lovely and said that was fine no problem at all really friendly on the phone. We picked the food up 10 minutes late as we ended up going to the wrong Sambucas at first ????????‍?? the food was still warm when we got home and it tasted beautiful. My partner said when he went in to pick the food up the staff were lovely and friendly .
